The Future Creative Leaders Academy is the student arm of the Pitcher Festival of Creativity and together with the Young Professionals Academy completes the youth section of the festival. The Future Creative Leaders Academy provides an intensive professional immersion programme for university students who intend to practice advertising after graduation. It has also been a pathway for students to participate in Cannes Lions Roger Hatchuel Students Academy in France and the Google Campus programme in California, USA.
This year, the winner of that opportunity is Oyinkansola Epidi, a student of Communication and Media Studies at the department of Ajayi Crowther University who came first in a video contest after a very thorough judging process by the FCLA jury for the shortlist and the Cannes Lions international jury for the final nomination. She is scheduled to attend the Cannes Lions Festival this June to participate in the Roger Hatcjuel Student Academy programme with the cost of the trip being covered by CHINI Africa.
